Information you provide when you place an advertisement on the Website

As part of the advert placement process we will collect your name, email address; we will also ask for the street and postcode of the desk rental in order to provide a positioning of the deskspace within our database, this allows potential buyers to locate deskspace available for rent within a set radius of a chosen location.

Your email address and street and postcode will be visible on the advert for all users of the Website to see.

Information you provide when you respond to an advertisement on the Website

When you respond to an advertisement on the Website we will collect your name and email address.

Information we collect about you

This is different to "information you provide to us" because it relates to technical data that we collect. So for example, we may collect technical information that has the potential to identify you, such as the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.   3. to pass onto estate agents or letting agents where relevant to your enquiry or response to an advert.
  4. we may use your information to contact you for your views on our services and to notify you occasionally about important changes or developments to the Website or our services.

For example, when you enquire about desk space of interest to you, we will pass your personal information to the person advertising that desk space or the estate/letting agents handling that property sale or rental.   • Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you.

The information you provide to us may be accessed by or given to third parties some of whom may be located outside the European Economic Area who act for us for the purposes set out in this policy or for other purposes approved by you (including estate agents and letting agents). Those parties process information, fulfil and deliver orders, process credit card payments and provide support services on our behalf.
